Arriving at the clinic, I was welcomed with extremely friendly and professional care, even though I would have preferred to undergo general anesthesia due to my fear of dentists. After several examinations in different hospitals, general anesthesia was refused, as they did not want to take the risk, despite the fact that I had a signed certificate stating that I could undergo it. In conclusion, I appreciate their decision, as it shows their responsibility and seriousness in not taking patients’ cases lightly. As for the medical team, they are truly extraordinary people, both in terms of hospitality and dental treatments. In short, I will return soon to share further updates, but even now, I can already say in advance: if you need treatment, have no fear or doubt. I have never seen so much professionalism and attentiveness in Belgium as I have at this clinic, Punto Bianco. Bravo, Mr. Mihail, for being able to surround yourself with such a great team. And I can assure you, I am not an easy patient.
